Absolutely! We are happy to upgrade your membership to include access to embroidery files. First, please make sure to check the product listing and make sure you have the proper size hoop.
If you paid by Credit/Debit Card: Submit a support ticket and let us know we have permission to upgrade your membership. You will be charged the difference for the boxes you've already received and then have access to the embroidery files.
If you paid by PayPal: We cannot change your membership due to PayPal limitations so you will want to join the Embroidery Files Membership. Next, submit a support ticket and we will make sure to update your membership within our records, cancel your previous membership, refund any sign up fees for the new membership and make sure you have access to the embroidery files.
