The UPS/USPS continues to experience a higher than normal shipping volume that began during the Covid 19 pandemic and continues to report staffing shortages well into 2024. Therefore, packages may be rerouted or take longer than expected to arrive.
A delayed package will be notated on your tracking and you can contact USPS.com directly for updates.
We will not replace delayed packages as they WILL arrive. Exception: if a package shows no movement for more than 14 business days, we will provide a replacement with a return label included so that you can return the delayed box when it does arrive. If you do not return the delayed package and tracking shows it was delivered after the delay, you will be charged for the replacement.
