How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment method:

1. Go to My Account → Subscriptions → View → Change Payment

2. Enter your new payment details on the checkout page

3. If you have multiple subscriptions, be sure to check the box that says "Update the payment method for all of my subscriptions" before saving

If your payment has failed and you need to update it:

1. Go to My Account → Subscriptions → View

2. Scroll down to the most recent renewal and click Pay

3. Enter your payment info on the checkout page—this will complete the renewal

For any other active subscriptions that didn’t have a failed payment, use the Change Payment steps above to update them individually.
