Why was I charged if my box wasn't able to ship yet?
Great question! All renewals are automated which further protects the security of your credit/debit card transaction. We do not have access to your card numbers in any way and therefore rely on the automated schedule to process transactions. Your renewal does reserve your kit in the queue and ensures you will receive your box.
